Place chorizo in a skillet over medium heat. Cook like you would cooking sausage stirring and breaking the meat into tiny pieces. Once fully cooked, remove chorizo from skillet with a slotted spoon.
Add eggs - crack eggs in same hot skillet and scramble with spatula, fully cooking the eggs. Once eggs are scrambled and cooked, add chorizo back to the skillet.
Add cheese - melt cheese with other ingredients in the skillet.
Assemble - add about 1/2 cup of the mixture to a taco shell and top with your favorite toppings!
