- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a medium sauce pan over low-medium heat, stir together evaporated milk, cocoa, sugar, and corn syrup. Turn to medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Once sugar is dissolved, remove pan from heat and stir in chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until a smooth consistency throughout. Serve hot fudge sauce with ice cream, brownies, chocolate cake, etc!
